Abstract

QR code payment merupakan salah satu jenis pembayaran berbasis server yang mudah, cepat dan aman. Generasi Z adalah generasi yang tumbuh bersamaan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku penggunaan teknologi pembayaran melalui QRIS pada generasi Z menggunakan model UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Tecnology) dan analisis SEM-PLS. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data purposive sampling menggunakan kuesioner pada 106 responden. Responden yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Vokasi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Hasilnya Performance Expectancy, Social Influence dan Facilitating Condition berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention dan Behavioral Intention berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Actual Use. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pihak pengembang aplikasi, regulator dan pihak terkait lainnya berupa analisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi adopsi QR code payment oleh Generasi Z. Informasi ini dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi dan masukan sehingga memaksimalkan manfaat dari penerapan QR code payment agar menjangkau seluruh kalangan.
