Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Personel Akademi Militer. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 233 orang, dengan metode pengambilan sampel adalah metode teknik sampling jenuh yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel bila semua anggota dari populasi digunakan sebagai sampel, sehingga sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 233 orang.  Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan, variabel kompetensi, variabel disiplin,dan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja.  Hasil pengujian Hipotesis menunjukkan bahwasecara simultan variabel kepemimpinan, kompetensi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja personel tenaga kependidikan di Akademi Militer.  Nilai Adjust R square yaitu 0,762, dengan demikian besarnya pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan, kompetensi, disiplin, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja personel tenaga kependidikan di Akademi Militer sebesar 76,2%. Adapun sisanya sebesar 23,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership, competency, work discipline and work environment on the performance of military academy personnel. The population in the study was 233 people, the sampling method was a saturated sampling technique, namely a sampling technique when all members of the population were used as samples, so the sample used in this study was 233 people. The data analysis method in this research uses the descriptive analysis method. The research results show that partially leadership variables, competency variables, discipline variables and work environment variables have a significant effect on performance. The results of hypothesis testing show that simultaneously the variables of leadership, competence, discipline and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of educational personnel at the Military Academy. The Adjust R square value is 0.762, so the influence of leadership, competency, discipline and work environment variables on the performance of educational personnel at the Military Academy is 76.2%. The remaining 23.8% was influenced by other factors not examined in this research.
