This research is quantitative research. The data obtained in this study were obtained through random sampling data collection methods. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. Statistical analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study, brand image, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intentions, brand image has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intentions, while service quality has no significant impact on purchase intentions Olive Fried Chicken. Customer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between brand image and repurchase intention and mediate the relationship between service quality and repurchase intention.</em></p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kepuasan pelanggan dalam memediasi hubungan citra merek dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap niat beli ulang Olive Fried Chicken.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui metode pengumpulan data random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). The method used is a qualitative research method, with the type of research that is descriptive. This research was conducted by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, with the research location being the Petroleum Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta. The research instrument in the form of a list of questions asked directly to the relevant resource persons. The results showed that the absorption rate of Alumni of the Petroleum Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta in the world of work of oil and gas companies in 2019 to 2021 were 28%, 13.33%, and 8%, respectively. Thus, from year to year the absorption of alumni of the Petroleum Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta has decreased. This is due to several factors including: lack of mastery of English language skills, lack of availability of facilities, lack of alumni associations and not having certification in the oil and gas sector. The research method used is a quantitative method. The research subjects were 38 employees at the UPT Rumah Susun Magelang City. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validation and reliability, then tested using path analysis. The variables in this research are compensation (X<sub>1</sub>), work discipline (X<sub>2</sub>), employee performance (Y) and work motivation (Z). Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 software. Based on the results of research tests conducted, it shows that the compensation variable does not significantly influence employee performance variables, the work discipline variable significantly influences employee performance variables, the work motivation variable does not significantly influence employee performance variables, the compensation variable does not significantly influence employee performance variables. Work motivation, and work discipline variables have a significant effect on work motivation variables. Informan dari penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang, diambil dari masing-masing bagian satu orang staf. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa pelaksanaan budaya organisasi karyawan Akademi Manajemen Administrasi Yogyakarta cukup optimal karena kurangnya loyalitas karyawan. Ketidak ikutan kegiatan budaya organisasi di Akademi Manajemen Administrasi Yogyakarta karena belum ada peraturan ataupun pengawasan dari pimpinan dan belum adanya sanksi yang tegas. Bentuk ketidak ikutan budaya organisasi yang paling banyak yaitu doa pagi/sore dan pengajian hari jum’at. Faktor yang berperan dalam pelaksanaan budaya organisasi di Akademi Manajemen Administrasi Yogyakarta adalah kebersamaan dan intensitas pemimpin dan karyawan antara lain waktu pelaksanaan melebihi jam kerja, kurang ketegasan pemimpin dan kurang loyalitas karyawan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dan instrumen penelitian berupa pedoman wawancara atau <em>interview guide. </em>Hasil penelitian disiplin kerja pegawai Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Yogyakarta masih belum baik karena masih menghadapi berbagai masalah antara lain: faktor internal kurangnya kesadaran diri, kuranganya komitmen serta tanggungjawab dan faktor eksternal adanya kejadian diluar predikasi macet, kecelakaan dan pegawai yang aktif di masyararakat. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai pada Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Yogyakarta adalah meliputi pengawasan atasan langsung, pembinaan pimpinan, monitoring dan evaluasi, keteladanan pimpinan, dan adanya <em>reward</em> dan <em>punishment</em>.</p> <p><em>Good employee work discipline is the key to achieving performance so that the goals of an organization will be achieved. On the other hand, the evaluation of the work discipline of the Yogyakarta Religious High Court employees has not been good. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that cause the work discipline of employees at the Yogyakarta Religious High Court not to be good, in addition to formulating efforts to improve employee discipline at the Yogyakarta Religious High Court. The data analysis method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, the data collection techniques in this study were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation, and the research instrument was an interview guide. The results of the work discipline of Yogyakarta Religious High Court employees are still not good because they are still facing various problems, including: internal factors, lack of self-awareness, lack of commitment and responsibility, and external factors, events outside of traffic jams, accidents and employees who are active in the community. Menggunakan rancangan penelitian evaluasi deskriptif kualitatif, instrument kuesioner,&nbsp; wawancara dan studi dokumen. Validasi data dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi data dari 3 metode tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 40 informan yang terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan KPA Kebumen. Termasuk odha yang aktif dalam kepengurusan grup odha. Berdasarkan Analisa data terdapat 18 faktor internal dan 14 eksternal yang menghambat kinerja KPA sehingga target penurunan odha belum maksimal, hal ini harus diantisipasi pada saat penyusunan program KPA ditahun yang akan datang. Sedangkan Analisa SWOT terhadap kinerja Pokja A-D menghasilakan rumusan strategi sebagai berikut ;&nbsp; a). Pokja A, berada pada kuadran 1, strategi SO, dengan pengertian menggunakan kekuatan dan memanfaatkan peluang. b). Pokja B, pada kuadran 4, strategi WT, dengan pengertian mengatasi hambatan dan meminimalkan dampak dari ancaman. c). Pokja C, pada kuadran 1, berarti strategi yang sama dengan pokja A. d). Pokja D, pada kuadran 3, strategi OW, dengan pengertian memanfaatkan peluang dan kurangi kelemahan.</p> <p><em>The aim of this research; 1) Identify the factors inhibiting the achievement of a reduction in cases of HIV/AIDS sufferers in 2021-2022, 2) Formulate a SWOT analysis to determine a strategy for reducing cases of HIV/AIDS sufferers in Kebumen Regency in the following year.</em><em> Using a qualitative descriptive evaluation research design, questionnaire instruments, interviews and document studies. Data validation was carried out by triangulating data from these 3 methods. Research was conducted on 40 informants who were actively involved in KPA Kebumen activities. The results of the research show that the reason why the ability of teaching staff to improve the quality of cadet student outcomes at the Magelang Military Academy is still not optimal is due to, among other things, the lack of basic skills possessed by Gadik in managing learning principles, Gadik's role is less than optimal in providing understanding to students regarding knowledge.
